East Border Region (EBR) is the Lead Partner for the CALM Project, providing strategic leadership and coordinating delivery across all partner organisations. As the cross border arm for local authorities, EBR brings extensive experience in managing large scale collaborative programmes that address shared environmental challenges across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Working closely with project partners, EBR oversees governance, communications, and programme delivery, ensuring activities remain aligned with the project’s objectives. Through a needs based, collaborative approach, EBR helps drive initiatives that improve water quality, restore river catchments, strengthen biodiversity, and support long term community engagement across the region.
